Fair Skills and Flavors of Chaves reconciles the gastronomic diversity of the county, with the knowledge of the craft in the region and the songs and dances. The municipality flaviense, promoter, will hold the event Skills and Flavors of Chaves, consolidating the purpose of exaltation of a whole culinary tradition, through displays of genuine products.
(Postponed) Even in the framework of this fair, will be promoted a competition tasting of local products with the award of diplomas and prizes to the winners in various categories.
The competition will have the following categories:

In the Knowledge Fair and Taste of Chaves, 29th, 30th and 31st January, a través partner Confrade Shop Online, Confraria de Chaves will present the Regional Portal Products, whose scope of action is the promotion and marketing of Regional Products Online .
The aim is to put the E-commerce platform, available to producers and the consuming public in general. Membership is free and allows each to enable producers to sell products via the Internet.
The Confraria de Chaves established through a Confrade Card according to the largest operator in Europe hotel reservations online. Will be available also the possibility of booking accommodation in hotels within a radius of 100 km from Chaves, counting to date with the offer of 175 hotels, and guarantee the best prices, all at a distance of 1 click.
In the Knowledge Fair and Taste of Chaves, a Confraria de Chaves will provide information and forms to join the Confrade card in order to expand the network of benefits and discounts to dealers or members or the final consumer.
